New members of the board of directors of Bank Sina were elected

According to the report of financial news, citing the public relations of Sina Bank, the ordinary general meeting of this bank was held on Wednesday, December 21, with the maximum attendance of the shareholders in the meeting hall of the bank, and the new members of the board of directors of this bank were elected.

In this forum, which was held in person and online, with the presence of the Director General of the Banking and Insurance Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the representative of the Securities and Exchange Organization and the members of the board of directors, the deputy CEOs and managers of this bank, Gholamreza Fateh Ali, the current head of the bank and Majid Bajlan were elected as new members of the board of directors of Bank Sina by the shareholders’ vote.

By holding this meeting, the board of directors of Bank Sina was restored. In this way, Gholamreza Fathali, Jafar Safai, Majid Bajlan, Majid Hadi and Mehdi Razmi are the members of the board of directors of Bank Sina.
