New news about the capital increase of listed companies

Accordingly, the two IT services companies (Ranfur) and System Partners (System) were among the largest companies in the computer group that published news in this regard.

Based on these announcements, Iran Informatics Services Company published an announcement to register its capital increase in Kedal. Ranfur Which held its extraordinary general assembly on September 21 this year, is supposed to increase its capital from 2.8 thousand billion tomans to 3.6 thousand billion tomans, which is equivalent to a 28% capital increase.

System Partners Company (System) Has also announced the decision of its board of directors to increase its capital by 17%. The company, which held its meeting on August 30, is set to increase its capital by more than 1.4 trillion tomans.

The other company that announced the board’s proposal to increase its capital is Shahed Company. ثشاد Which previously had a capital of 400 billion Tomans, now according to the decision of the Board of Directors on November 7, it is supposed to increase its capital to more than one thousand billion Tomans. That means a 150% increase in capital.

Based on this, the company is supposed to increase its capital from 390 billion tomans to 500 billion tomans by increasing its capital by 28%.
