Ghasemi said: Our plan, based on the President’s order, is to determine the land share of four million housing units of the National Housing Movement by the end of September, and it is a big task.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated: In Mehr Housing, the total land allocated to this plan was equal to 1,600,000 units, and the rest was land owned by the people, but in the National Housing Movement Plan, all land belongs to the government. and it is available to people for free.

Ghasemi added: We are supposed to solve the land issue in the country by the end of September this year, and one and a half million units are currently being implemented in all small and large cities.

He emphasized: “Our strategy is to give the land to the people as a villa in the cities where we have land, that is, we give a 200-meter plot to the people, we give a loan, and the construction of the house starts from the applicant.”

Ghasemi said: In this method, we have a contract with the applicant to build housing within a year and a half, otherwise they will face problems.
