New problem Steam deck, but old game consoles

After a long wait, Valve officially launched its portable console last week, and the launch of this console, like other consoles that have entered the market to date, has not been without margins.

With the release of the Nintendo Switch, a lot of margins were created around the analogs of this console. These analogues lost their original function after a while; Nintendo has been able to fix this issue temporarily by releasing an update. But some users still had problems with their console analog after receiving this update. In this regard, Nintendo sent a call to these people, after receiving their console, replaced the analog part completely and at no cost.

Now Steam Deck, like its direct competitor, is facing this problem; Many users who have received the Valve portable console have reportedly encountered a similar problem. Apparently, the analogs of the Steam deck, especially the analog on the right of this console, can not leave a perfect performance by itself. Valve has also officially confirmed the problem and has largely fixed it with the release of an update.

As mentioned earlier, Nintendo replaced its portable console analogs completely free of charge if the issue with Nintendo Switch analogs was not resolved. But according to reports, access to Steam Deck hardware components is not as easy as Nintendo Switch, and if the analogs are not fixed as software and need to be replaced, Steam will have a hard time.

However, Lawrence Yang, the designers of the Steam Deck UX console, has confirmed that the console has undergone numerous tests in terms of strength and quality testing on its hardware components. In this regard, we can be very sure that the problem with the Steam Deck is not related to the hardware part of the console.
