New support for the capital market/ sale of subordinated bonds up to the amount of 6 Hamats – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Amir Mehdi Sabaei, the spokesperson of the Securities and Exchange Organization, wrote in a tweet: In order to support the capital market, the Market Development Fund will issue subordinated putable bonds up to the amount of 6 Hamat with a maturity of one year and a return rate of at least 20%.
Sabaei further wrote: Investors can guarantee their investment returns by purchasing a block of shares along with these bonds. The details of this plan will be published soon. (Senate)
The share of the capital market in financing the economy in the first quarter of 1402
According to the report prepared by the Majlis Research Center, the capital market’s share of the total financing during the quarter of 2012 was equal to 13%. Of this amount, the capital increase with a share of about 61% and the issuance of bonds with a share of about 39% have been the main factors of financing from the capital market.
Also, financing from the capital market using the initial supply tool was about two thousand billion tomans with a share of about 1.5% of the total financing of the capital market.
The capital increase of about 81.2 thousand billion tomans has also been carried out, as described 71.1 thousand billion tomans from the capital increase of public companies and 10.1 from the excess revaluation of assets in the first quarter of this year.
The issuance of 41 thousand billion tomans of government bonds, 9.2 thousand billion tomans of corporate bonds and 3.4 thousand billion tomans of municipal partnership bonds during the quarter of 1402 has also allocated another part of financing from the capital market.
