He continued: “For better planning of Nowruz trips, we have a statistical system that we have integrated in the ministry and announced a panel for each device to monitor the statistics in critical situations so that decisions can be made. In this system, we have thought of new arrangements and a complaints registration section has been created. “In both of these systems, it is possible for travelers to share their concerns in the form of images, in addition to text.”
Shalbafian stated: “I request the member organizations to have representatives at the level of the General Manager in the Central Headquarters of Travel Services during the Nowruz holiday.”
He added: “Informing each of the member organizations is with the public relations of the headquarters, and all of them should work around the clock during Nowruz and do this in a way that creates hope.
