According to Fars news agency, the music video “Good Names of the Lord” based on the famous piece “Asma Al-Hosni” which is played every year during the holy month of Ramadan in most Islamic countries, has reached the production stage.
Hadi Nasiri, head of the group of Al-Ghadir Tehran, said about the video produced by this group: “For the past few days, we have been working on the production and preparation of the most special video of the group Al-Ghadir, which fortunately has been released to the audience at the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan. This music video is called “Good Names of the Lord”, which is based on the famous song “Asma Al-Hosni”, which is presented to the fasting people every year during the holy month of Ramadan in most Islamic countries.
He added: “Asma Al-Hasani” is one of the most well-known works of the month of Ramadan, and people have experienced a very good feeling with it due to the melody of this famous piece. But according to the Arabic text of the piece, many listeners may not understand the meaning of these cherished and valuable words, so we thought to present an idea to return these attributes of the Lord to Persian. The situation that the preparation of the text and poetry of the work took more than a year.
The head of Al-Ghadir Tehran’s Harmonic Group said: This music video was the result of 10 practice sessions and 25 hours of studio work, which was made available to the audience by the Tehran’s Al-Ghadir Harmonic Group thanks to Iman Tarafa’s poetry, Kamal Ashrafian’s direction and editing, and Mehdi Abedi’s cinematography. Recording, mixing and mastering was one of our most difficult projects. At the same time, we chose the historic house of “Pehlan Razaz” for recording because of bringing the feeling and content of the piece closer to the Iranian atmosphere of the work.
