According to this law, the government had to pay the housing subsidy through the housing subsidy fund, even though this fund was empty. Part of the resources of this fund was related to the mortgage installments, taxes, land sales by the Ministry of Roads and public budget.

Mirkazemi said: The Program and Budget Organization has deposited 800 billion to the National Housing Fund in the past and the Bank of Housing has been notified to deposit an amount. In September of this year, 4 Hamats will be deposited. The Ministry of Roads should also sell its assets and deposit them into the fund.
