Notification of loan instructions of 250 to 450 million Tomans for housing construction

According to Tejarat News, the bank, following its previous letter regarding the notification of bank quotas and individual ceilings of facilities subject to the Housing Production Leap Law, “Executive Instruction on Granting Housing Construction and Renovation Facilities” approved by the Central Bank Credit Commission dated 1400.9.10, to banks The agent announced.

According to this instruction, the ceiling of housing construction facilities in Tehran was set at 450 million Tomans, cities with a population of more than one million at 400 million Tomans, provincial centers at 350 million Tomans, other cities at 300 million Tomans and villages at 250 million Tomans.

According to the Central Bank Public Relations, also according to the provisions of Note (6) of Article (3) of the said law, facilities that can be granted for rural housing and unexpected events, including new, supplementary or installments of facilities being paid to the applicant only after From the registration of the applicant’s information in the system of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development by the relevant body and the approval of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, it can be paid at the rates approved by the Monetary and Credit Council.
