Notification of registration of 9 works of cultural and historical value to the governor of Gilan

According to Aria Heritage, in one of Ali Darabi’s letters to Assadollah Abbasi, it is stated:

Pursuant to paragraph (c) of the single article of the Law on the Establishment of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1985 and paragraph 6 of Article 3 of the Statute of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1988 and Article 15 of the Law on Protection of Restoration of Historical and Cultural Textures Based on the registration of valuable movable and immovable cultural and historical works of the country in the list of national works and related lists, the registration of cultural and historical works “Ferdowsi Hotel Rasht (according to registration criteria: 7.8, 11)” located in Rasht city, central part, Municipality Square , Shariati Street, which has been registered in the list of works of historical and cultural value after the necessary legal formalities, No. 368, dated 6/9/1400, will be announced.

“The work is under the protection and supervision of the ministry, and any encroachment, development, restoration or reconstruction of the work will be possible only with the approval and supervision of the ministry.”

Also, in eight other similar letters of the Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage to the Governor of Gilan, the registration of eight works in the list of works of historical and cultural value was announced as follows:

1. “Ghavam Tea Factory (Industrial Heritage)” located in Lahijan city, central part, Bazkia Gorab village, Bazkia Gorab village, number 92, dated 16/9/98,
2. “Iqbal Bandar Anzali House” located in Bandar Anzali city, central part, Bandar Anzali city, Naser Khosrow St., at the beginning of Tehran St., No. 12, No. 103, dated 2/14/99,
3. “Asyabar Bazaar” located in Gilan city, Siahkal city, Deilman section, Deilman village, Asyaber village, number 124, dated 19/3/99,
4. “Tomb of Aqasid Mostafa Sikash” located in Gilan city, Siahkal city, central part, Sikash village, number 125, dated 19/3/99,
5. “Tomb of Rohil and Adham Sarm” located in Rudsar city, central part, Rahimabad district, Sarm village, No. 126, dated 19/3/99,
6. “Goat Taleban Buyeh Amlash Cave” located in Amlash city, Rankuh section, Samam village, Buyeh village, No. 127, dated 19/3/99,
7. “Shivan Foumani’s mother house” located in Rasht city, central part, Rasht city, number 197, dated 19/3/99,
8. “Historical house of the late Hojjati” located in Rasht city, central part, Rasht city, Safi Mosque neighborhood, number 343, dated 22/6/1400.
