Tajrishi said: “Another point that should be considered is the transfer of weak and loss-making companies, after reviving and rehabilitating them.” This means that if a company has a loss that is not logically economically justified for the buyer to continue the production path and only its property is valuable, it will be revived by the government and returned to the production path and then entered into the transfer process.
