According to Kalakhabar, after the successful sale of two of its properties, which were sold in a transparent process, Tehran Municipality plans to sell a 164-meter unit in the form of a non-renovated residential apartment at a base price of 15 billion tomans.

The details of this apartment unit offered by Tehran Municipality are as follows:

Offered apartment unit: a residential apartment unit with renovation code 10-50-397460 and an area of ​​164.94 square meters in Tehran (located on Bahnar St., Jamal Abad, Nourafshar 1st, No. 5, 3rd floor east).

Time and place of transfer of the document: on December 17th in the notary office No. 662 at the address of Tehran, Haqqani Gharb Highway.

Visiting conditions and deadline: on working days after the publication of the announcement until the date of sale, applicants should call 09380998668 (Faizi), 09382158237 (Ghstasbi) and 66724670 extension 381 from Saturday to Wednesday.

Announcing this, Abolfazl Fallah said: reducing the cost price in the process of real estate sales, clarifying and sanitizing, strengthening the demand market and making assets of Tehran Municipality more productive are among the most important goals of this action.

Emphasizing that this approach has received the attention of the mayor of Tehran, he said: by accepting properties in the commodity exchange, it is ensured that the sale and transfer of these properties in the future and their definitive transfer will not face any problem.

Fallah continued: Also, in this context, the transparency that exists in the way of acceptance and supply in the commodity exchange makes people welcome these supplies.

The Deputy Mayor of Tehran added: In the past, Tehran Municipality relied on its properties in such a way that they were either used as clearing or these properties were sold, but now with the sale of properties in the commodity exchange, these properties can become liquid assets in a more transparent way. or be cleared.
