Offices start at 6:00 a.m. on June 16 without exception

According to Fars news agency, the administrative and employment organization of the country announced: the starting time of the offices without exception is 6 am, Tehran’s working hours are not floating and the law of 44 working hours per week must be observed.

According to this report, the working hours of executive bodies, banks, municipalities and other public institutions, from mid-June to mid-September, without exception, will start at 6:00 am, and the rule of floating starting time in Tehran was also canceled.

According to the public relations report of the Administrative and Employment Organization of the country, according to the approval letter of the Council of Ministers regarding the change of working hours during high energy consumption times and the necessity of public participation, the starting time is 6:00 a.m. without exception from mid-June to mid-September. Executive bodies, banks, municipalities and other public institutions are required to observe 44 hours of work per week in accordance with Article 87 of the Civil Service Management Law.

It also informs that with the aim of facilitating the movement of citizens, the provision of urban and intercity transportation fleet services through urban trains, buses, taxis and suburban trains will be coordinated according to this change. In this period of time, the starting time of headquarters units (executive-national agencies), located in Tehran city, has not changed and is coordinated with all agencies, it is 6:00 AM.
