Mina Saeedi is another woman who organizes resin classes with a capital of three to five million tomans. I started to develop this work, so I started to hold private classes.

Low-paying jobs or home-based jobs are now considered by many families, especially women, to help support the family.

325 occupations in the micro and home business environment

In October of this year, the Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship Development and Employment of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare announced a list of the number of small businesses and home-based businesses, which includes 325 occupations. Accordingly, there are 57 occupations in the handicrafts sector, 17 occupations in the handmade carpets and related industries, 65 occupations in the production, industry and services sectors, 60 occupations in the livestock and agricultural production sectors, and in the cultural and artistic fields. 131 occupations have been registered.

The 13th government entered the campaign with the promise of creating jobs, in this regard, various projects are being implemented, including the employment ecosystem, the employment platform, and the allocation of a credit line. In addition, the issuance of micro-business licenses within three days was key.

Also, with the coordination of the Entrepreneurship Development Office and the Secretariat of the Home Business Organization and Support Headquarters of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, with the aim of creating new business opportunities, helping to expand and sustain businesses and create sustainable employment and interaction between investors and idea owners. Entrepreneurship Counseling and Services Centers are provided for home business support people in four activities: Entrepreneurship Counseling, Accelerator, Shared Workspace and Entrepreneurship Cafe.

In this regard, and due to the importance of small and home-based businesses as one of the important strategies of the country’s employment policies, it has been decided to issue the said permit (without considering the specific conditions of the relevant instructions) for home-based business supporters. Accordingly, supporters who wish to obtain the said permit can declare their readiness by referring to the General Offices of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of the provinces.

Under the plan, small business applicants no longer need to wait months for a license to be issued, and a license will be issued within three days as soon as they register and apply for a job in the relevant system, subject to a commitment. .

With the implementation of this plan, monitoring of jobs will not be done only in the first stage and before the issuance of licenses, but also in the implementation stage and in visiting the real business environment.

According to the Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, the licensing system will allow experts to check within three days after the application of home-based job applicants is registered, otherwise the license will be issued automatically and electronically.

“Hojjatullah Abdolmaleki” announced at the meeting of the Home Business Organization and Support Headquarters on December 28th: ​​The agencies in charge of issuing home licenses are obliged to announce the list of permitted and prohibited jobs to the Secretariat of the Home Business Headquarters within 10 days, after which the lists will not be accepted.

Home-based businesses are categorized into three lists; The first list of prohibited activities, the second list of permitted activities and the third list are among the activities that are other than these two lists.
