Opening domestic Rial credits for producers on the agenda of the banking network
According to the Iran Economist from the Central Bank on Friday, “Ali Salehabadi” attended the meeting of the Dialogue Council of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and among the managers and producers of East Azerbaijan Province, while emphasizing the province’s industrialism, added: Follow the issue of working capital of economic, industrial and commercial enterprises with special sensitivity.
Referring to the industrial capacities of East Azerbaijan Province, the Governor of the Central Bank stated: “The banking network should pay special attention to the issue of opening domestic credit for private sector manufacturing enterprises, and the Central Bank will encourage and support banks that pay special attention in this regard.” .
Salehabadi also referred to the implementation of the production chain financing plan and the targeted granting of banking facilities to the productive sector, saying: “Banks, especially private banks, should play their main role in this area to support the private sector of production.”
Referring to the issue of accreditation in granting facilities, the General Director of the Central Bank emphasized: The first priority in banks is the credit of customers and should be the basis for granting bank facilities to good customers.
Salehabadi also considered the import of banknotes from export as unimpeded and said: allocating foreign currency to basic goods and raw materials of factories and machines of manufacturing companies is one of the priorities of the government.
He called the blocking of funds for facilities (before and after the granting of facilities) illegal and said: “Banks are also reforming their procedures and the central bank’s directive in this regard should be put on the agenda.”
In this meeting, the governor, representatives of the private sector and members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly also expressed their concerns, suggestions and plans for the development and prosperity of production in East Azerbaijan Province.
