Opening of 16,000 Mehr housing in May – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced the opening of 16,000 Mehr housing units in May.
Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: 16,400 Mehr housing units will be put into operation in the new cities of Pardis, Parand, Hashtgerd and Majlesi in May.
Alireza Jafari stated: We are following the plans for the construction and delivery of residential units in the two housing sectors of Mehr and the National Housing Movement, and God willing, we will prepare units in different seasons this year and deliver them to the applicants.
He added: “Last year, we had ready to hand over 50% of the remaining Mehr housing units, of which 10,000 units were in New City of Fardis.” These units were supposed to be handed over to the applicants at the end of last year, but the opinion of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development was that the units should be able to be operated on the opening date.
Jafari noted: In the past years, the date of opening and the date of operation did not coincide; Because it takes about three months to receive the installment book and the steps to complete the units, such as installing cabinets, packages, painting, etc. Currently, according to Dr. Bazarpash’s emphasis, the units should be ready for occupancy. For this reason, the opening of 10,000 housing units in Mehr Pardis was postponed to April.
Stating that 16,400 Mehr housing units are ready to be opened in the new cities, the CEO of the new cities of Omran said: 10,000 units in the new city of Pardis, 2,800 units in Parand, 1,400 units in Golbahar and 2,200 units in the new city of Hashtgerd. It opens.
According to Jafari, the completion of the remaining 30,000 Mehr housing units in new cities is being followed and the entire Mehr housing project will be completed by the end of this year.
