According to Fars News Agency, the exhibition “The 13th mourning of Ashura art” was inaugurated this evening, Saturday, October 24, in the presence of Mohammad Mehdi Dadman, the director of the Art Center, in the galleries of the Art Center.
Mehdi Haji Mohammadi Farimani, the artistic secretary of the 13th Ashura Art Mourning, said about the exhibition: “Abolfazl Aali Gallery” and galleries number one and two of the “House of Photographers” will host the selected works of the 13th Ashura Art Mourning from today, the 3rd of October. These magnificent works were publicly displayed in 4 sections: “Photo”, “Poster”, “Calligraphy” and “Illustration”.
Farimani continued: “These magnificent works, after careful evaluation of art and content, have been selected from 2,000 works created by visual artists.” These works were judged and selected by 12 renowned professors in the fields of photography, posters, calligraphy and illustration.
He added: “In addition to the exhibition in the galleries and galleries of the Arts Center, the magnificent works of the” 13th mourning of Ashura art “will be displayed in the sacred courtyard of three shrines in the provinces of Tehran and Alborz.” These mobile exhibitions from the 4th to the 14th of October in the courtyard of the holy shrine of Imamzadeh Saleh (AS) – Tehran, from the 4th to the 8th of October in the holy shrine of Imamzadeh Jafar (AS) – Pishva and from the 10th to the 15th of October in the holy shrine of Imamzadeh Taher (AS) Karaj, are on display.
