The first traditional hotel boutique in Semnan was opened as one of the important projects in strengthening tourism infrastructure with the presence of the CEO of Handicrafts and Handwoven Carpet Development Fund and the revival and exploitation of historical and cultural places.

This boutique hotel is located in the historical house of Taheri Semnan, which belongs to the late Qajar period.
