Operation of 1200 km of new gas pipeline in 1401/ gas injection in Iranshahr-Mirjaveh-Kash pipeline

In an interview with IRNA’s economic reporter, Reza Noshadi pointed out that by the end of this year, a total of 1,200 kilometers of new gas pipelines will be put into operation in this company, adding that more than 50% of these openings will take place in Sistan and Baluchistan province.
He continued: During the government week, the 220 km long Zahedan-Dorahi Dashtak-Zabul pipeline was put into operation.
Emphasizing that with this opening, in addition to gas supply to the city of Zabul and facilities in this area, Noshadi said: the villages along the way will also benefit from the blessing of gas.
He added: This pipeline is 36 inches from Zahedan to Dashtak intersection and 24 inches from Dashtak intersection to Zabul.
CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company stated: Gas injection will be done soon in the 253 km Iranshahr-Mirjaveh-Kash pipeline.
The official responsible for the next pipeline that will be put into operation in Sistan and Baluchistan this year is the 292 km pipeline from Iranshahr to Chabahar in 4 parts and said: In total, more than 770 km of gas pipeline will be opened in 1401 in Sistan and Baluchistan province. did
Noshadi stated that the area of Soran Pskuh Zabeli will also be plowed, adding: The design of 500 km of new pipeline is also under design and review in this province.
He stated that the total number of gas pipelines that will be put into operation this year is 1,200 kilometers and continued: Last year, 220 kilometers of new gas pipelines were put into operation.
Stating that most of these projects were started in 1998 and 1999, this official said: The opening of gas pipelines this year will increase 5 times compared to 1400.
Emphasizing that the construction of gas pipelines is one of the big plans of the country, he added: the plans are not limited to one government.
The CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company pointed to the construction of the gas pipeline from Bandar Abbas to Laft and Gorzin in Qeshm Island and said: The pipeline consists of two sections of 30 inches and 16 inches, and for its construction, a complex operation was performed for the first time in the Middle East. will be.
He continued: For the construction of this pipeline, 3,500 meters of horizontal drilling will be done at a depth of 80 meters under the sea.
Noshadi emphasized: Horizontal drilling will be done from both sides and 2 drilling systems will be installed on the mainland and Qeshm Island.
According to the CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company, this line ensures the stability of energy supply in Qeshm and the lines are not damaged by the passage of ships.
He added: It is the first time that we pass the 30-inch pipeline 3.5 kilometers underground.
Emphasizing that the implementation of this project will have risks, Noshadi said: experts and consultants from within the country have been used for the implementation of this project.
