According to Tejarat News, in addition to the opening of 1,470 residential units of Maskan Mehr with a construction cost of 235 billion Tomans, Sardar Shahid Ali Asghar Ebrahimi Sports Complex in Hashtgerd Phase 4 with a construction cost of 50 billion Tomans, Bostan Javan Phase 4 with a construction cost of 12 billion Tomans. The prepared axes of phases 3 and 7 with a construction cost of 1.5 billion tomans, Shahid Fakhrizadeh metro station was opened with a construction cost of 20 billion tomans.

At the end of this ceremony, Abbas Ghanbari, the CEO of Hashtgerd Omran Company, while appreciating Mehrdad Bazarpash, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and his deputies, said goodbye to the people and officials of Hashtgerd and the new city of Mehestan.
It is said that Abbas Ghanbari is going to be transferred to one of the organizations under the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
Zabihullah Zare was also introduced as the supervisor of Mehestan New City Development Company by the order of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the efforts of Abbas Ghanbari were recognized and honored.
