Orange weather warning for 6 provinces and dust forecast in the west of the country

In an interview with the economic reporter of Fars News Agency, Sadegh Ziaian said about the latest situation in the country: from next day until Sunday, July 4, strong winds and dust are expected in some parts of the center of the country and the southern slopes of Alborz.

The Director General of Forecasting and Warning of the Meteorological Organization continued: Today until Saturday, July 3, in the north of West Azarbaijan and East Azarbaijan provinces and the heights of Ardabil in the afternoon and early night, showers and thunderstorms and temporary strong winds with the possibility of hail are expected. In the Caspian coastal provinces, we will have scattered showers, especially in the slopes and heights.

He said: “Today to Sunday, July 4, showers and thunderstorms and temporary strong winds are expected in the slopes and heights of northeastern Hormozgan, southern Kerman, and southern Sistan and Baluchistan in the afternoon hours.” This situation is more observed in these areas due to the strengthening of seasonal system activity and the increase of hot and humid southern currents on Sundays and Mondays.

Ziaian continued: In the next five days, we will have strong winds and dust in the northeast and east of the country, including Sistan and Baluchistan and South Khorasan.

The Director General of Forecasting and Warning of the Meteorological Organization said about the atmospheric condition of the capital city: the sky in Tehran tomorrow will be clear, sometimes with wind blowing in the afternoon, an increase in wind and thin dust is expected, the maximum and minimum temperature tomorrow in the capital will be 34 and 20 degrees.

He continued: Ahvaz will be the hottest center of the province with a maximum temperature of 45 degrees above zero, and Shahrekord will be the coolest center of the province with a minimum temperature of 4 degrees above zero.
