He said: “Contrary to people who think that cultural heritage is an obstacle to development, by the way, this accumulation of experience is the best foundation for development and we should use it. Our Iran is full of these capabilities. We see an example of it in Toghrel Tower, which was built a thousand years ago, and its architecture and materials are such that despite the great earthquake, it has preserved its stability and only a part of it has been restored.

We do not have a limit for granting facilities

Emphasizing that crafts and activists and artists from Ray are really valuable, Engineer Zarghami said: “In the new government, due to proper performance in 1400, we got an unlimited quota from Note 18 and the National Development Fund, which was not the case in the past. Fortunately, the performance of the ministry in the field of granting facilities last year was favorable and we were among the first two or three institutions in the country.”

He continued: “The next point is the place of supply. One of the obstacles to the progress of handicrafts in the past years has been the problems of product supply. Here, I promised that, God willing, we will set up a good bazaar with the cooperation of the municipality and the officials, so that it will be a place for proper supply to the people and help the artists of this field with the high capability that exists in the field of handicrafts.

We have a historical backwardness in tourism

The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts continued: “Tourism is the driving industry in the country. No matter how much we invest in this area, we will really see the result. Tourism needs to strengthen the infrastructure and unfortunately our infrastructure has a historical backwardness.

Engineer Zarghami added: “The most important issue of marine tourism is the fuel for recreational vessels, which has been solved today and for the first time, the fuel for tourist vessels is paid in the form of a subsidy. “Today, the Ministry of Oil cooperates well with us, and we approved its regulation, which was related to Article 100 of the Sixth Five-Year Law, in the government, which has good clauses, including subsidized fuel.”

He stated: “A large part of marine tourism, from yachts to large vessels of 300 people, is now being planned. In the near future I will be heading south and taking a closer look at some of the cruises we have available now. We are trying to equip them properly for the World Cup in Qatar.”

At the end of his speech, the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts said: “We signed eight memorandums of understanding with important institutions, each of which performs an important part of our missions, and they cooperated happily.” God willing, the strengthening of the infrastructure in the area of ​​accommodation, roads, roads, the Ministry of Energy and Agriculture, which includes the activation of all kinds of tourism areas, will be done soon with the cooperation of various institutions and its results will be found little by little. We hope to be able to overcome the historical backlog in this period.”
