According to this report, as previously announced, the Extraordinary General Assembly of Parsian Insurance was held this morning, dated 12/03/1400, in the presence of the majority of shareholders (more than 77%) simultaneously in person and online and in full compliance with health protocols. The majority of shareholders agreed that the capital of Parsian Insurance Company should increase by 12% to 12,000 billion rials during the first phase.
