He also points out that from now on, the examination of the professional qualifications of candidates for managerial positions in banks and non-bank credit institutions will depend on taking the relevant exams and obtaining the relevant professional certificates. Therefore, conducting specialized interviews, especially for candidates for the position of member of the board of directors, managing director and deputy managing director of credit institutions, is subject to the submission of relevant professional certificates from a specific date which will be announced later.
It is worth mentioning that the awarding of the mentioned professional certificates to the candidates is only subject to obtaining the quorum of points in the standardized exam focused on this issue. Of course, the candidates can use the training courses to prepare for the relevant exam and according to their conditions and discretion.
At the end of this circular, it is emphasized that after each exam, it will not be possible to check the professional qualifications of candidates for managerial positions in banks and non-bank credit institutions related to the exam, without the relevant certificate.
Accordingly, considering the possibility of holding the first period of examinations related to candidates for membership in the risk committee and also candidates for the position of senior manager of risk units of banks and non-bank credit institutions, the documents related to the mentioned candidates are required to the Central Bank Bank Licensing Office. To be sent as the secretariat of the responsible commissions in this regard. The time of holding the professional certification exam related to the candidates for membership in the risk committee and holding the position of senior manager of the risk unit will be informed accordingly.
