Participation of banks and revolutionary institutions to create employment/end money laundering under the pretext of employment

According to Fars news agency, one of the financing methods for government projects is to leverage limited budget resources by participating and combining the internal resources of banks, which means that any amount from the budget resources is at least twice that amount. It is combined with it by banks and paid to economic operators in the form of cheap facilities.

In this context, Seyed Ehsan Khandozi, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, wrote on his virtual page: “Last year, in addition to the employment budget (Note 18), we also brought resources from state banks to help create jobs.

This year, for regional distribution and real job realization, we are also using the Barkat Foundation and the Relief Committee in cities and villages to monitor each employment project.

The period of throwing money is coming to an end.

Economy Minister Khandozi also said: The 40,000 billion agreement to create employment by the executive headquarters of Imam Khomeini’s decree is one of the unique initiatives in recent years.

The feature of Barkat plans is regular and online monitoring of facilities reaching their goals and follow-up of created jobs and support for entrepreneurs, and loans are not wasted.

The Minister of Economic and Financial Affairs stated: Our plan is to use the power and credit of the banking network to increase production in the country and micro-facilities leading to job creation and propelling projects and not entering into unproductive measures, allocating credits to the people through institutions such as the executive headquarters. Farman Imam, who are connected with the people through their facilitators and do not abandon the entrepreneur after receiving the facilities, can become the dominant model in the country for allocating funds and providing facilities.
