Based on this, the Information Technology Organization of Iran handed over the public service crossing project to the private sector through a public call and competition during a seven-year program, and at the end of the project, all the infrastructure, achievements, privileges and material and intellectual rights resulting from the implementation of this project will be transferred to the Information Technology Organization of Iran; In this project, receiving the services and inquiries of the National Information Exchange Center is provided through the provision of a number of programming interfaces (API).
In this regard, a member of the board of directors of one of the project implementing companies said that our goal, as the first operator of the public gateway of government services, is to facilitate the provision of these (APIs) in businesses, of course, with a special focus on maintaining the security of service and recipient organizations, privacy Users and sensitive data are private.
The main goals of this project were to facilitate government and public services to businesses and companies. It was also intended to provide government services to people in an integrated format and to expand this use through the creation of an electronic government services market.
According to the officials of the project, during the past months, the main focus of this company has been on designing, compiling and finalizing the architecture required in this project (PGSB) and, of course, providing the infrastructure and hardware requirements for installation in the data center of the Information Technology Organization. This project initially started with four server devices and 68 businesses and client devices, it had slightly more than one and a half million transactions, in 2019 with 16 server devices and 272 businesses and client devices. It reached an impressive number of 193 million transactions.
Last year, the number of transactions of this crossing reached 394 million transactions, and it is expected that this figure will exceed 550 million transactions by the end of this year, which shows the increasing growth of the country’s digital economy ecosystem due to these services and the growing market. its development.
But according to the Information Technology Organization, based on the latest report published by the Information Technology Organization’s National Center for Information Exchange about the latest state of the public transit service of the National Information Exchange Center, the statistics show that in the first month of the autumn season, with more than 500 million transactions The total number of transactions in this crossing since its inception has exceeded two billion and 335 million. While this figure was around 120 million transactions in April.
The top service providers of the public portal of government services
This month, the Center for Development of Electronic Government, Information Technology and Statistics of the Ministry of Interior was the top service provider of this crossing with more than 500,000 transactions and accounted for more than 97% of the transactions. Since the beginning of this year, the top service providers among the 43 service providers have been, respectively, the Ministry of Interior (E-Government Development Center, Information Technology and Statistics), the Administrative and Employment Organization of the country, and the Regulatory and Radio Communications Organization.

Regarding the receipt of electronic services, in October from among the businesses and executive bodies connected to the National Information Exchange Center, respectively, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of the Interior (Development Center for Electronic Government, Information Technology and Statistics), Aramis Technology and Knowledge Pioneers Company (Tapsi). They have the highest number of transactions.
Since the beginning of this year, the highest number of transactions using electronic services among 653 businesses and executive bodies connected to the National Information Exchange Center has been related to the Ministry of Education, SNAP and the National Post Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran respectively. Out of a total of 520 million transactions of the National Information Exchange Center government service in October 1401, the Corona disease inquiry service of My Iran platform, the pilgrim registration service, the employment affairs service of the Ministry of Interior’s Omid system and the SMS survey service of the Organization of Administrative and Employment Affairs are in the most used list.
