He continued: This new case of rental contracts also seems to be unenforceable. Pre-sales are also prohibited, but they are still running. On the other hand, these cases can be a reason for inflation in the rental market.

Lotfi also stated: But in any case, if these clauses are implemented, the issue should proceed in a way that benefits the people. People will be more involved in this way.

Details of the rental market organization plan

The details of the rental market organization plan are briefly as follows:

– The information of the transaction parties in the transactions of buying and selling and renting properties should be recorded in the standard form of affidavit in the country’s transaction and real estate registration system in order to obtain the tracking code.

– In the future, contract registration will be done through real estate transaction internet platforms and by the parties themselves.

– Real estate consultants’ fees will be determined according to the average volume of registered contracts in each geographical area and the ceiling tariff that can be received in each transaction.

– Owners who sign a two-year rental contract for residential units with a maximum of 50% annual inflation declared by the Central Bank will benefit from a 50% tax discount. Three-year contracts get a 100% discount.
