Payment of 200 million Tomans housing facilities with a chain guarantee


According to Tejarat News, Akbar Nikzad on Sunday at the meeting of the administrative council of Darab Fars city added: the payment of a loan of 200 million Tomans with 5% interest and a 20-year repayment and a chain guarantee is applicable.

He continued: “The loss of people’s lives cannot be compensated with a figure. The Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Council of Ministers have provided funds to the banks to strengthen the housing units with a series of promissory notes under the management of the Housing Foundation.” Why should a bank manager behave and complicate the law so that people can not easily use these facilities at the disposal of the bank?

The head of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution said: the bank should not ask the people outside the law, the law says that a chain promissory note is enough to get the facilities of the Housing Foundation, we should not complicate the law for the people. We introduce banks that do not cooperate and we will not fall short on this issue. If a bank asks for more documents than a series of promissory notes from the people to pay the facilities, we will definitely follow up on the matter and the bank will be dealt with according to the law.

He said: “Since 1974, when about 7% of the villages in the country had been rehabilitated, the rehabilitation work has continued until these years.” These retrofits have been done with the same series of promissory notes. Facilities will now be paid with the same chain promissory notes in the housing leap plan.

Nikzad continued by stating that the housing leap plan is a legal one that obliges the government to build one million housing units per year: Considered.

He also referred to the issue of Mehr housing and said that Mehr housing has its strengths and weaknesses, we should eliminate its weaknesses and add to its strengths, adding: “Therefore, everything should not be Mehr housing only in its weaknesses.” And let’s see the strengths, the Housing Foundation also participated in this project and implemented some projects.

The head of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution continued: “Municipalities are responsible for many Mehr housing projects, and after the people are settled, the municipalities must collect garbage, organize the sewage in these towns, and ABFA companies must do it.” We should not think that because the Housing Foundation has been the executor of these projects, so all the side activities in Mehr housing estates should be the responsibility of the Housing Foundation.

He stated: Some companies affiliated with the Housing Foundation in Tehran and other cities are carrying out construction activities. These companies are active in the construction of railways, subways, underpasses and overpasses. Therefore, the activities of the foundation are extensive all over the country and in various projects.

The official continued: “The Housing Foundation is a revolutionary institution that does not have a financial burden of one rial for the government. Problems that arise and funds are limited, the foundation enters and serves.” In many places, the mayor is the key, and the municipality must participate in urban development projects. We are also following up on water and electricity projects, and sewage in many of the towns where the Housing Foundation has implemented the project, and we are also transferring it to the responsible ministers.

The head of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution continued: “We definitely have priority to review the master plans, many master plans must be revised to provide the basis for people to stay in the villages, production in the village must be revived.”
