Beneficiaries of micro-payments scheme without guarantor
At this stage, employees, retirees and government executive pensioners such as ministries, government agencies, government companies and public non-governmental organizations and reputable private sector companies are subject to the plan at the discretion of the bank to which the rights of individuals are deposited. Applicants must have a credit rating of B, A and C.
Employees of other private sector companies, at the discretion of the bank, have their rights in the relevant bank and are ranked A and B.
Employees of other private sector companies who have a C rating and their salary is with the relevant bank can also receive facilities.
Conditions for receiving 50 million micro loans
To pay a loan of 50 million Tomans, employees, retirees and pensioners only need to submit a letter of deduction. The bank must also be able to repay the facility.
Employees of private companies whose salaries are paid to the relevant bank and are ranked A and B, in addition to the letter of deduction must provide a check or promissory note.
Employees of C-rated private companies must present a valid guarantor and a check or promissory note to the bank.
Employees of private companies whose rights are with the bank in question must provide a valid guarantor and a check or promissory note.
Conditions for receiving micro loans up to 100 million Tomans
Employees, retirees and pensioners only need to submit a letter of deduction plus promissory notes or checks.
Private sector employees with grades A and B, whose salaries are paid to the relevant bank, must also provide a valid guarantor, promissory note or check.
C-rated private sector employees whose salaries are paid to the relevant bank must also provide a valid guarantor and promissory note or check to the bank in order to receive 100 million loans.
13 micro-lending banks without guarantors
According to this report, 13 banks are included in the plan to pay micro-facilities to applicants without collateral and guarantors.
Mellat, Tejarat, Saderat, Melli, Sepah, Housing, Agriculture, Industry and Mining, Export Development, Post Bank, Workers’ Welfare, Cooperative Development and Gharz al-Hasna Mehr Bank of Iran are among the banks that have been notified of the Easy Facilities Directive.
