He added: The operation of removing debris and rebuilding the units is ongoing. The government’s decision regarding bank facilities will be announced today or tomorrow. Of course, we did not wait for the approval and have already installed enough skeleton and cement in the area and started the reconstruction operation.
The Deputy of Rural Housing and Reconstruction of Maskan Foundation said about the amount of loan for the units affected by the Khoi earthquake: 300 million Tomans for urban areas with an interest rate of 5% and 250 million Tomans for rural areas with an interest rate of 4% have been set. Also, 105 million tomans in cities and 90 million tomans in rural areas are paid. As soon as the government announces the approval, coordination with banks, the process of filing and introducing applicants to the bank will be done.
Allocation of free rebar and door and window to the houses of earthquake victims
Referring to other help, Jodi said: Mustafafan Foundation has allocated 1,200 kg of free rebar for each unit. One of the banks has also provided free doors and windows, ceramics and tiles for 2,200 units.
He clarified: Units up to 100 square meters are exempted from license fees. The engineering system also carries out technical supervision of houses less than 100 meters for free. In general, appropriate plans have been made so that people can settle in their homes as soon as possible. Currently, our priority is repair units.
