Payment of 46 billion riyals of damages from Sarmad Insurance to Shahab Khodro

Shahab Khodro Company, the first manufacturer of urban utility vehicles in Iran, is one of the major customers of this company, and the company’s warehouse caught fire a while ago, according to the report of the financial news, quoted by the public relations of Sarmad Insurance.
Following this incident, Sarmad Insurance assessed the damage to Shahab Khodro’s warehouse by sending experts and examining all relevant documents and started the investigation of the company’s damage.
After completing the examination procedures, this morning in a meeting with the presence of Amir Mahdi Aminian, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mehdi Mahdavi, Deputy CEO, Ali Amozgar, Technical Vice President of Non-Life Insurance, Abbas Haghighi Rauf, Vice President of Finance and Investment, Hamidreza Rezaian, Head of Liability and Freight Insurance, Sarmad Insurance and Seyed Jamaluddin Mousavi, the CEO of Shahab Khodro Company, was paid for the fire damage to the company’s warehouses.
According to this report, Amir Mehdi Aminian, the vice chairman of the board of directors of Sarmad Insurance, presented a check of 46 billion rials for the damage of Shahab Khodro to Seyed Jamaluddin Mousavi, the CEO of this company.
Shahab Khodro Company is the first manufacturer of urban service vehicles in Iran, which focuses mainly on the production of urban and intercity buses, electric vans, fire engines and garbage trucks, and is currently the second largest bus manufacturer in Iran.
