Payment of 825 billion tomans of self-owned facilities to the builders

Mohammad Hassan Alamdari, regarding the latest situation of providing self-ownership facilities throughout the country, said: 6,167 projects out of 57,424 units of self-ownership facilities were introduced to the bank. Of these, 777 projects have been contracted with 6,909 units, the amount of which is 2,330 billion tomans.

The member of the board of directors of Maskan Bank continued: So far, 825 billion Tomans of self-ownership facilities have been paid to the accounts of the builders.

According to Alamdari, the provision of self-ownership facilities for the National Housing Movement project has been underway for several months and will be paid to the self-owners step by step based on their physical progress.
