Payment of childbearing facilities without deposit and with 6-month respite to repay installments
“Mostafa Ghamari Vafa” wrote on his personal Twitter page, referring to the instructions for communicating childbearing facilities to the banking network: “According to Article 10 of the Family Protection and Youth Law, banks are obliged to repay childbearing facilities without deposit, a 6-month respite for repayment.” Pay installments, 4% commission and observing the notification period according to the instructions of the Central Bank.
He stressed: “Certainly, those banks that act in this regard will act contrary to the explicit text of the law and will be dealt with legally.” Certainly, the Central Bank will not hesitate to introduce those banks that act in violation of the law in this regard to the competent authorities.
