Payment of facilities for the construction of 311,000 residential units in the National Housing Movement Plan

According to the financial news report, quoted by Bank Maskan-Hibna news site, Seyed Abbas Hosseini, the CEO of Maskan Bank, announced the signing of the contract for the provision of facilities for more than 311 thousand residential units of the National Movement project by the end of December 29 of this year.

Expressing this news, Hosseini said: Housing Bank in line with the implementation of the government’s policies regarding the development of the housing sector and helping to solve the problems of different sections of the society. Since the beginning of the implementation of the National Movement plan, it has signed construction contracts for the construction of 311 thousand 268 residential units in the form of 47 thousand 784 projects.

Referring to the payment of facilities of 678 thousand 937 billion Rials for the construction of 295 thousand 826 residential units from the beginning of the implementation of this project until December 29 of this year, the CEO of Maskan Bank added: 37% of the paid facilities are related to the owners themselves.

He went on to state that by the end of December this year, 79,193 projects have been introduced to the bank to receive the National Movement Plan’s facilities. He said: 1 million 108 thousand 807 people have opened accounts in this period of time.

Hosseini, pointing to the special attention given by the Housing Bank to the participation and fulfillment of its obligations in the National Movement plan, expressed hope that with the strengthening of the bank’s resources and the greater participation of mass builders and related companies in the field of housing, it will be possible to become a sponsor of the government for the prosperity and development of the housing sector.
