Almost the conditions of granting facilities without guarantor of 13 state banks are similar. Employees, retirees and pensioners of government executive bodies (including: ministries, government agencies, government companies, etc.) and non-governmental public institutions and employees of accredited private sector companies, as determined by the bank, whose salary is deposited with the bank, can be based on validation and credit score A, B And get a loan from these 13 state banks without guarantor.
In this law, which has been implemented since the winter of last year, no guarantor is needed to receive loans of up to 50 million tomans, and only a salary deduction letter is sufficient. In loans of 50 to 100 million tomans without a guarantor, in addition to the salary deduction letter, it is also necessary to obtain a promissory note or check.
Since the beginning of this project until today, various banks have taken the necessary measures and instructions to implement loan payments without guarantors in their bank branches. One of these banks is Saderat Bank.
In a circular to all its branches, this bank announced the new and easy conditions for paying small loans. Employees, retirees and official or unofficial pensioners of government executive bodies including ministries, government organizations, government companies and non-governmental public institutions and other reputable private sector companies whose salaries are deposited with Bank Saderat Iran branches, can borrow up to one billion Rials without a guarantor and by obtaining The letter of deduction from salary, based on validation and ability to repay the facility through the issuance of Murabaha credit card, use this micro facility of this bank.
In order to facilitate the payment of micro-facilities to customers and to fulfill the approach of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, Saderat Bank has put on the agenda the payment of micro-facilities of up to one billion riyals in the form of a Murabahah credit card with a contract period of up to 36 months and repayment of equal monthly installments. A valid contract, validation and verification of repayment ability is a condition for issuing a card. Also, private sector employees whose salaries are paid through Iran’s Export Bank can use this facility in the form of a Murabaha credit card up to 500 million Rials without a guarantor and only by obtaining a salary deduction letter.
As soon as the applicants apply for the facility, provided they are eligible, the branches are required to complete the file and pay the facility below 100 million without guarantor.
It should be mentioned that the applicants who have already received micro-facilities from Saderat Bank of Iran can receive these facilities only after the debt is fully settled.
According to the statistics published in the first year of the 13th government and until the end of August 1401, this bank provided 120,000 loans without guarantor amounting to 26,300 It has paid billions of Rials to those who qualify.
It is worth noting that the condition of obtaining the ability to repay is that the sum of the applicant’s continuous salary and benefits after deducting legal deductions (including taxes, insurance and pensions, etc.) is at least twice the installments of the facility. The interest rate of this facility is also the rate approved by the Credit Union.
