According to Tejarat News, the deadline for the payment of housing deposit facilities was extended until the end of September 1402.
The central bank announced that the deadline for granting housing deposit assistance facilities from bank sources subject to Article (4) of the Housing Production Jump Law was extended until the end of September 1402.
According to the report of the central bank, this bank announced in a circular addressed to the operating banks: According to the decisions made in this bank, it was decided to support the tenants and in line with the implementation of the 3rd resolution of June 1401 of the Money and Credit Council, to grant housing deposit assistance facilities from The location of banking resources, the subject of Article (4) of the Housing Production Jump Law, in the form of the general ceiling approved by the Money and Credit Council (400 thousand billion Rials) and the quotas notified to the operating banks should continue until the end of September 1402.
According to this report, 20 banks act as operating banks to pay housing deposit facilities, and last year, from July 6th (the time when the instructions of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development were sent and notified to the banks) to March 14th, 248 thousand 824 were paid for housing deposit facilities. A case was filed, of which 217 thousand 577 people received 12 hemats of relief.
