Payment of more than 6.8 thousand billion tomans for renovation of worn-out fabric

According to the report of Iran Economist, quoted by the Ministry of Roads and urbanizationAli Askari, head of Maskan Bank, explained the process of payment of facilities in the dilapidated context and said: since the beginning of the implementation of the dilapidated context renovation project, since 2018, 80,469 units have been introduced to Maskan Bank to receive the facility, of which the bank has so far provided 41,000 523 units have signed contracts worth 6,848 billion tomans.

The supervisor of Maskan Bank continued: Since the beginning of the 13th government, 49,469 units have been introduced to the bank to receive facilities for worn-out structures, and during this period, the bank has signed contracts with 18,137 units in the amount of 4,950 billion tomans.

Askari reminded: From 1398 to the end of August 1400 and the beginning of the 13th government, 31 thousand units were introduced to the bank to receive renovation facilities, and the bank has signed contracts with 23 thousand 386 units in the amount of 1.898 billion tomans.
