Under the Commercial Code, listed companies have four months to hold an annual general meeting and eight months after the meeting to pay dividends to shareholders.
But this has created a challenge for shareholders in recent years. On the other hand, the rules of these companies are the same as listed companies and are no different from them, and whether companies are listed or non-listed has no effect on the substance of the matter.
