Pentagon: We set aside funds for Ukraine for two years

According to the report of the international group of Fars news agency, despite Russia’s repeated warnings to the allies of the Kiev regime about providing arms to Ukraine, Washington announced a two-year budget for this country.
“William LaPlante”, the US Deputy Secretary of Defense for Training and Supply Affairs, said that they have allocated two years’ worth of funds for military aid to Ukraine.
According to the websiteRyan newsLaPlante stated during a press conference: “The budget allocated to support Ukraine, designed for two years, will not be removed at the beginning of the new fiscal year.”
According to the Pentagon, the US government has provided more than $15.5 billion in military aid to Ukraine since 2014. The latest military aid package approved in late August included six anti-aircraft missile systems, radar, drones and other equipment.
On the other hand, at the same time as the announcement of new and massive US military aid to Ukraine for the war against Russia, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken went to Kiev on an unannounced trip. (More details)
