Percentage change in housing prices in Shiraz / Which neighborhood was unchanged?

According to Tejarat News, according to the data of Divar website, the price of housing advertisements in Shiraz has changed last year.

Shahrak Beheshti neighborhood was accompanied by a 22% increase and Atlasi was accompanied by a 19% increase in apartment prices, which recorded the highest increase in apartment prices among the neighborhoods in the table below.

Tachara neighborhood with a 13% increase in prices and Qudusi Gharbi and Afifabad with a 10% increase in the past year are other neighborhoods that had a large price increase in Shiraz.

Among the neighborhoods in the table below, the only neighborhood that has recorded a decrease in price in wall advertisements in the past year is Zargari neighborhood with an 11% decrease in price.

The average price of an apartment in this neighborhood is equal to 37 million Tomans in December 1999 and equal to 32 million Tomans in December 1400.

The least increase in housing prices

Zerhi and Goldasht had the lowest price increase with a one percent increase compared to last year. Qasr al-Dasht has also been the most stable neighborhood in Shiraz in the past year.

This figure is much lower than the point-to-point growth of December 1399 (equivalent to 98.9 percent) and indicates the slowdown in housing price growth this year.
