According to the wall data, a study of fluctuations in the rental market of Karaj, Mashhad, Isfahan, Shiraz, Ahvaz and Qom shows that the average annual growth of rental prices in advertisements in the most advertised neighborhoods of these 6 metropolises has reached 47.3%.

Prices, of course, have increased by only 8% compared to October.

Isfahan, which is known as the closest follower of the capital in the market of land and apartment sales, has also snatched the lead from other competitors in the market of housing rents.
