According to Fars report, Amir Abdul Hosseini, the Secretary General of the 16th Festival, while announcing this news, said: According to the agreement reached and the support of the Mural Painting Department of the Tehran City Beautification Organization, the permission to perform 3 selected works of the festival was purchased by the Mural Painting Department of this organization and under the supervision of the artist on the appropriate walls of the city. He added: In this regard, the wall painting department of the Tehran City Beautification Organization, in addition to presenting an exhibition of the selected works of mural painting in the city of Tehran in recent years, selected three works of the 16th Festival and after purchasing the design and agreeing with the owner of the work, they were placed on the walls suitable for the space. According to this news, the urban mural painting section will be held under the supervision of Seyed Shahabuddin Shakiba, the director of the wall painting department of the Beautification Organization, and it is one of the sections that has been added to the structure of Fajr Visual Arts Festival for the first time this year.
