Peyman Pak became the secretary of the Supreme Supervisory Council of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce

According to the Fars news agency, citing the Trade Development Organization of Iran, Seyedreza Fatemi Amin, the Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade, in a decree, appointed Alireza Peyman Pak, the head of the Trade Development Organization, as the secretary of the Supreme Supervisory Council of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Iran. .
According to the law, the Supreme Supervisory Council of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Iran is considered the highest pillar of the Chamber of Commerce and has the following duties:
A- Reviewing and approving the by-laws related to membership in each of the chambers and determining its limits at the suggestion of the board of directors.
B- Making policy and determining the general policies of the chambers and supervising their correct implementation in the form of relevant laws and regulations.
C- Dealing with the suggestions and complaints of the chambers regarding the quality of their activities and how to improve their affairs.
D – Dissolution of chambers according to Article 10.
E- Appointing a temporary board of directors for a maximum period of 3 months for chambers that were unable to perform their duties by announcing the date of new elections.
And – listening to the performance report and making a decision about the opinions presented by the Iran Chamber.
Note 1 – The Supreme Supervisory Council meets at least twice a year. The way of holding meetings and formalizing them will be through regulations approved by the Supreme Council of Supervision
arrives.
Note 2 – The cases and conditions of revocation of membership will be based on regulations that will be approved by the Supreme Supervisory Council at the suggestion of the Board of Directors.
