Picking up the second phase of the inter-road welfare service complex project in Maneh and Samalghan

According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of North Khorasan, Ali Mostofian announced this news on 2 Shahrivar month 1401 and added: “This ceremony was held in the presence of the governor of North Khorasan and the officials and managers of the province and the city.”

Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of North Khorasan continued: “The amount of credit required for the implementation of the second phase of this project is estimated at 300 billion Rials.”

Mostofian emphasized: “This welfare service complex will be built on a land of 3,342 square meters, which has been put into operation in the first phase of commercial, administrative, sanitary and gas station units.”

He said: “In the next phases, residential suites, commercial units, prayer rooms and gas pumps will be built.”
