Mahyar continued: Melli Bank of Iran has been very successful in the first part of the chain of providing offline services to its customers, but the second part of this chain has been neglected. If the customer needs the physical bank card issued in the Bam system, he must go to the branch. With today’s understanding and the launch of the comprehensive product and service of “MeliPik”, the customer can receive the desired service in any place he wants and after authentication.

The vice president of information technology and communication network of National Bank of Iran, referring to the diversification of the service portfolio of National Bank of Iran and the development of digital banking with National Mail, stated: In the next step, this service will be implemented to provide checkbooks to special customers, and customers instead of referring to Branches can receive their checkbook after authentication at their office, home, etc.

He emphasized: In this way, the customer of National Bank of Iran can request the desired service at BAM and receive it at the desired location.

Amirhossein Shabiri, the CEO of Finodad Innovation Center, also stated that the various plans of National Bank of Iran, both in the field of fintech and logistics, require cooperation with Post Group. Let’s inform our customers that these services will include issuing and sending national cards, issuing and sending checkbooks, on-site authentication, etc.

He clarified: Considering the existing infrastructure in the National Post Company and the start-ups active in this group, these services can reach the customers of the National Bank of Iran in a favorable way.

Saying that one of the main bases in the field of logistics is fintech and financial transactions, Shabiri said: This can be provided to customers faster and more easily through new platforms, which we plan to cooperate with Start. Implement and operate active apps in the innovation center of the National Post Company.
