Plumb 1041 delinquent real estate consulting firms in 25 provinces

According to the economic reporter of Fars News Agency, based on the information received from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, in order to organize the rental market and buy and sell real estate, an inspection plan of real estate consulting firms has been put on the agenda.
Based on this information, until July 17 of this year, 10,477 real estate consulting firms were inspected in 25 provinces of the country, and 1,041 real estate consulting firms were identified as violators and sealed.
According to the mentioned statistics, the offending real estate consulting firms were fined 67 billion and 970 million Tomans in addition to the seal.
The provinces of Ilam, East Azerbaijan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Semnan, Kurdistan and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad are among the provinces where the offices of real estate consultants have not yet been inspected.

In this regard, Mohammad Mehdi Yari, a legal expert, said in an interview with Fars reporter: In recent years, neglecting the status of real estate consultants has been one of the causes of the disorder in the housing market.
According to historical documents, the first legal transaction registered in Iran dates back to 1302, but before that, it was established in the constitutional era and 1290 Hijri under the title of “Registration of Documents and General Ledger Law” in the primary courts of the Ministry of Justice. In fact, none of the above laws were valid until the mandatory or general registration law was passed in 1310.
Even though the real estate registration laws are binding, they cannot succeed without the involvement of real estate consultants. Because there will not be a suitable reference for conducting transactions and recording it, and it is estimated that, at the same time as the official registration of real estate, real estate consulting firms have also started their activities.
According to experts, not accepting the responsibility of the transaction and the events between the buyer and the seller of real estate is one of the dissatisfactions of the people with real estate consultant offices.
