According to the Mehr correspondent, the seventy-seventh meeting of the Executive Board of the Asian Olympic Council (OCA) was held this morning, while one of the most important events of this meeting was the decision to postpone the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.
The decision was made at a time when the Wrestling Federation had long had disagreements with the National Olympic Committee over the priority of the Asian Games and World Championships, and believed that, given the short time between the two events, experienced and capable forces should enter the World Championships. 2022 to become Serbia.
Thus, considering the postponement of the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, we can hope that the disagreement between the Wrestling Federation and our National Olympic Committee has ended and now all the existing potential of wrestling will be available to participate in the 2022 World Championships in Serbia.
Accordingly, instead of dividing the existing power into two independent teams to participate in the Asian Games and world competitions, our country’s wrestling trustees can send their best and most prepared people to the world as a team.
