According to Fars News Agency media reporter, Reza Omidi, the organizer of the specialized exhibition of games, entertainment, computer technologies and related industries, said regarding the holding of this exhibition: Based on the agreements made at the beginning of the year with the Development and Trade Organization, it was decided to Tehran International Exhibition, an exhibition with this title will be held.
He added: The main goal of this event was to gather activists in the hardware and software field of computer games at the same time.
Omidi further pointed out that the purpose of this exhibition is to showcase the achievements of this industry, and emphasized that this goal is in the national and international arena. This exhibition is trying to be a step to support the activists and those involved in this industry, and to provide a basis for expressing views and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses and what can be done to promote this industry in this exhibition.
Omidi continued by referring to the functions of the Development and Trade Organization, which was arranged in coordination with the authorities of the Tehran International Exhibition until this exhibition was held from the second to the fifth of March. The exhibition will be held in hall 41 on the west side of the international exhibition from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Omidi further added: In the domestic field, consultations have been held with the Computer Games Foundation, the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, the relevant unions and organizations, and the Ministry of Security in this area in order to meet their capacity to provide information. At the same time, consultations were held with the municipality and recreation centers and those who play a role in computer games and entertainment.
Emphasizing the necessity of holding an exhibition in comparison with quality, Omid emphasized that this is important for the activists of this field, especially that this exhibition can attract investors and bring more familiarity with the activists.
35 activists are present individually or in pavilions in this exhibition. This year, the exhibition is only with domestic companies, although there were talks with companies from Turkey and the UAE, but the conditions for their presence were not met. He also said about the future plans that next year we have a plan for large domestic and foreign companies to participate in this exhibition. Among them, those who are active in the field of entertainment and computer games are on the agenda to exchange their views and achievements with domestic companies.
At the same time, we are looking for the dispatch of active groups in this field in the form of establishing Pavin abroad, and in this framework, consultations have been held with the Development and Trade Organization.
