Prime Minister of Jordan: We are ready to establish healthy relations with Iran

According to IRNA, Bishr al-Khasauneh added in an interview with BBC Arabic that Aman never sees Tehran as a source of threat to its national security.
Of course, he claimed: Iran’s threats against neighboring countries have decreased and we are very pleased with this issue.
Bishr al-Khasauneh stated that we are ready for healthy relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran, at the same time he said that Jordan’s relations with Saudi Arabia are historical and extensive.
The emphasis of the Prime Minister of Jordan on the readiness of relations with Iran is published a few days after the words of King Abdullah II of this country regarding Iran’s role in the Middle East.
In response to a question about Iran’s role in the region, Abdullah II said that Tehran might question its position in regional plans, and here the question arises as to how we can put aside political differences to serve the people of the region.
These words of the Jordanian Prime Minister can be considered as a positive signal to the news of Iran-Jordan talks in Baghdad.
On July 9, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fawad Hossein announced the start of talks in Baghdad between Iran-Jordan and Iran-Egypt.
