Principles of corporate governance awaiting review

According to Tejarat News, today, 16 September, the meeting of the Advisory Council of the Securities and Exchange Organization was held with the presence of the current and former heads of the organization and some capital market experts.

According to the Capital Market (Sena) news site, in the meeting of the Advisory Council of the Securities and Exchange Organization, Seyed Mostafa Alavi, the head of the Department of Supervision of Certified Auditors and Financial Reporting, presented a report on the evaluation of the principles of corporate governance in the Iranian capital market. Then the members of the advisory council expressed their points.
